this project is a gut renovation of single family house.  the design intentions were to modernize the first floor with a simple material palette, and to create continuity between rooms by eliminating walls and headers.  the heart of the house (kitchen) was enlarged and accented with stained rift white oak cabinetry.  a 120 gallon aquarium wall highlights and screens a floor thru living room.  color accent walls create interest in the continuous white.
