located in the bedford stuyvesant neighborhood, this project was a gut renovation to an existing eighty five year old brownstone. there are (4) floor thru rental units with new floor plan layouts with new finishes, fixtures, and appliances.  the cellar contains individual storage units as well as mechanical space.   the front and back facades were restored to their original grandeur, including a complete restoration of the cornice.
