a dilapidated 17′-4 1/2″ wide brownstone in harlem is being transformed into a (4) unit residential condo building with rear and top floor enlargements.  the building will have a new stair core, sprinkler system, central air in each unit, and a cement paver roof deck.  the upper units are interlocked duplexes in section, each with its own private rear balcony.  the penthouse unit has both a front terrace and a private roof deck with views looking south.
