irving farm coffee’s second cafe in manhattan is a gut renovation at a storefront location in the chelsea neighborhood. the scope of work included a new custom wood storefront, a full front and back of house renovation, and new millwork throughout. the focus of the sales area is a fifteen foot custom mahongany coffee and merchandise display bar. the cafe’s “farm” aesthetic warms and accents an otherwise bland and generic commercial block.
