this project is a vertical and horizontal enlargement to an existing eyeglass facility.  the first floor provides a sales area and optometry services to clients, while the enlarged second floor is an open plan lab with full service fabrication capabilities.  offices and a roof deck make up the new third floor.  a series of skylights punctuate the optical lab, while a three stop dumbwaiter facilitates easy product circulation.
