located in the landmark district of brooklyn heights, this project was a renovation of an existing loft duplex.  its scope of work was to reconfigure the existing kitchen, as well as give both bathrooms cosmetic upgrades.  a new custom lacquer millwork wall was built under the stair, housing the refrigerator, pantry, washer/dryer, and general storage.  the penny round bathroom tiles give the loft bold accents, complementing the white millwork in the kitchen.
