two adjacent 25′-0″ wide buildings on 5th ave in midtown are owned by the same family. this project looks to align the floors of one building with the other in order to create larger retail and commercial rentable floor plates. the project merges the two buildings into one, consolidating and modernizing the stair and elevator cores. a “big” roof is creating along all three buildings, as the third building is also owned by the same family.
