this project is a facade rehabilitation to an existing (6) story mixed use building in midtown manhattan.  aluminum honeycomb panels laminated with st. hubert limestone veneer clad the existing dilapidated facade, while indiana grey limestone window sills, parapet coping, and lower band piece provide subtle material contrast and shadow lines.  new custom tilt turn windows complement the facade project.
