this tenant improvement project is a health and organic food store, which also serves fresh cooked indian food.  an open commercial kitchen, steam table, and soup/salad display highlight the storefront and front sales area.  a living wall at the entrance provides fresh herbs for the in house cooking, while a new mechanical system was designed for the space complete with roof top exhaust and make up air units.  linear fluorescent lights accent the circulation aisles.
